Can You Use Gorilla Super Glue On Nails

Can You Use Gorilla Super Glue on Nails?

Caution: Use with Care

While WEB Gorilla Super Glue Gel can technically be used on nails, it is not the ideal product for this purpose. Super glue is a powerful adhesive, and while it can theoretically be used to attach any type of false nail (acrylic, gel, or otherwise), proceed with caution. Super glue like cyanoacrylate Krazy Glue or Gorilla Glue can work in a nail glue pinch, but it is not safe to put on nails and can inflict damage to your nails and skin.

Alternative Options

Nail glue is a much better option for adhering false nails. It is specifically formulated for use on nails and is less likely to cause damage.

Repairing Acrylic Nails

If your acrylic nail cracks, you can add a dab of Gorilla Glue to the fault line and glue the nail back together. However, use sparingly and avoid getting any on your skin.

Additional Notes

Gorilla Super Glue Gel is a thicker and more controlled formula developed for long-lasting repairs. However, the green lid Gorilla Glue Gel can destroy mirror acrylic if your acrylic is engraved from the back. Always test a small area first to ensure compatibility before using.
